unravel was founded by Tiago Janela and Nádia Carvalho. Tiago leads the AI training and innovation work, with 20 years building digital products. Nádia is Head of Talent at Bliss Applications and leads the people side of transformation: how a team absorbs change, where it stalls, and what leaders can do about it.
